At CURIO at Faena Bazaar, we strive to provide an exceptional shopping experience; if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on unworn, tagged items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our concierge team via email or through your account portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original designer packaging, ensuring all security tags and brand labels remain intact and attached.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Attach the prepaid shipping label provided by our team to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our curators inspect the item for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
